Excellent product. I have owned one for a few months and have purchased this as a Christmas present. It is easy to use and makes great fluffy omelette in a matter of minutes. I use 3 eggs between the two cooking surfaces. Filled with whatever you choose. Ham and grated cheese is my go to option. Just a wipe out after use with some kitchen roll. No cleaning after. No oil used , so its healthier. Never had one fail yet.

I'm egg intolerant, but wanted to make 'American' style pancakes in bulk to freeze, instead of omelettes. I have found this little machine excellent at this job. One bag of Doves Farm/Free gluten free pancake mix, with chickpea flour substituted for eggs makes 7 pancakes. I should add that they are not quite the same as eggy ones, but once out of the freezer & heated up in airfryer, they are a little crispy and really good. I have them for breakfast with a bowl of fruit. The machine itself is easy to use, acceptably quick to warm up and the cooking time is what you would expect, although I would think that omelettes would be much quicker. The non stick coating is good, but the coating on the indents in the lid gets discoloured. As it doesn't touch the food, I doubt that is important. Cleaning is easy, a quick wipe is enough. Altogether, I am very pleased with my purchase.
