Bought this for my hubby who goes fishing and his OLD fillet knife was awful...This one is so sharp I actually cut myself. So be careful!!

Great knife: especially for the price. I have owned more expensive fillet knives that were not nearly as good.

Wicked sharp. Handle can be a turnoff for some. It feels like maybe 220 grit sandpaper. Not necessarily a con. Very utilitarian and an excellent value.

Super sharp good Handle

My husband has lived on a Texas ranch all his life. He has hunted game and has had to butcher farm animas for food during his lifetime. He takes great pride in his knives and ability to keep the edges razor sharp. I gave him two different sizes of these knives for his 71st birthday. He was hesitant to use them at first thinking he already had the sharpest knives in his collection. Needless to say, he was shocked at how well these knives keep their razor edge! He especially likes the way the knives are flexible, yet strong and will bend around a bone. He has bragged to his buddies about the excellence of these knives. He has replaced our old “best knives” with these…can’t say enough! 20Stars!

Always looking for a good fillet knife as we do a lot of walleye a summer. After this summer season using this knife it hasn’t been a bad knife. I use a worksharp belt sharpener and as long as you touch this knife up every 6 fish or so it’s super sharp. Has a decent flex to the blade also. I’d say in the price range this is a great knife.

Outstanding! Extremely sharp and works great for sourdough.

This fish knife is indispensable to me. It made very short work of filleting and boning a rainbow trout with no mess! It is incredibly sharp! It makes it an easy task to do when you want fish for dinner. Fabulous knife!
