Village Candle Pumpkin Scarecrow Large Glass Apothecary Jar, Scented Candle, 21.25 oz., Orange

Ordered this candle last fall. Winter came still 1/2 candle left. Put it in candle drawer forgot the lid. Took it out 3 weeks ago in the same delicious scent came right through. It burned out yesterday so I couldn't wait to make sure that Amazon had the exact candle in house. They did and my house smells delicious again again! Definitely money well spent.

I was surprised at how much I liked the scent of this candle. I love to light it when I am reading during the fall.

My family and I love Halloween and candles but are usually pretty hesitant to buy pumpkin candles as so many of them smell super artificial. I think Village really outdoes Yankee in pumpkin scents. Pumpkin Scarecrow is not overpowering but still has a good throw. I think the amber and wool really ground this scent and keep it from being too sweet which is great - we are not gourmand lovers. Overall one of the best pumpkin candles we've tried.

It smells amazing, but there’s an issue with how it burns. The wax puddles around the wicks and causes the flames to burn dimly of go out.I think it would benefit from an additional wick.Update: We got a candle lamp warmer and that has helped with the issue of it not burning well. We are going to buy another of these candles because it smells so good!

I loved this candle. The burn time is phenomenal, I’d left it lit for six plus hours one day easily, and the wax barely budged half an inch. The scent throw is pretty nice as well, I’d say the strength could be compared to the bath & body works line. Great value, and the pumpkin scent easily creates a comfy & cozy environment

I am a candle girl. I will spend some money on candles. I usually do B&B however these sre bigger and burn longer. I can't believe I bought a 2 wick candle, about 22oz , that has last me for over two weeks. It's a strong smell that permeates through my home. I burn my candles, probably longer than I should , yet and still it is going strong and smelling great. Lastly, the candles are $20 and under. Wow. I can't wait to buy more.

Wow, what a strong smelling pumpkin candle! ....and all I had to do was open the individual box it came in, and BAM, I got hit hard with a strong pumpkin scent with no fire whatsoever! I cannot wait to fire one up this coming Holiday Season 2023.Update: Just finished off my first Pumpkin Scarecrow, the scent was decent but nothing remarkable, sadly this candle smelled better before it was lit. The flame was an issue, the flames really struggled & they stayed small. I tried pouring about a little wax like 3 times and it never helped so I will not be pouring out any wax on this second one. I hope the second one burns better but based on the first one, I have my doubts. Oh welI, I will survive & at least I got them on sale. I dropped my 5 star rating down to a generous 3 stars, though 2 stars would have probably been a more appropriate rating.

Village Candles always burn well – evenlyand have a great sent throw. Much better than Yankee.
