It's a nice...
...tea. I have other things I do to help me fall asleep, and stay asleep, this is just one of the things I do. The dry teabags are slightly stinky, but that completely dissipates once it's been steeped in the hot water and it's just a nice tea to have before bed.

The media could not be loaded. This the way I end everyday! It tastes wonderful. I look forward to it kind of like dessert! Helps calm & make me sleepy. Republic of Tea is my all time favorite brand. Great value, clean tea & makes great gifts.

Expensive tea and getting more expensive without amazon prime free shipping
In the last two years I’ve ordered about $300.00 in the republic of tea products. The first was get some zzz’s . Now they are slowly being taking off of Amazon prime with the free shipping and charging $6.00 to ship. As much as I like the tea I’ll have to start buying another brand.
