These are really good for gluten free! I really wanted some ramen that tastes like instant ramen and these noodles definitely worked! They don’t come with seasoning so you have to buy that separately. Highly recommend! These have become a staple in our pantry

Really good put it in my hot pot then I got off Amazon with some veggies and some low sodium beef stock and garlic delicious. Definitely going to have to get some of the different kinds.

Lotus Foods Organic Millet & Brown Rice RamenGreat price, good tasting gluten-free alternative!I recently went wheat-free as part of an allergy elimination diet and really needed someway to satisfy my Ramen cravings. I'm still experimenting, but so far I really like these noodles! They taste great and cook up like any other Ramen noodle without imparting it's own flavor. I like these noodles enough that I'm not sure I would be motivated to go back to a 'standard' Ramen noodle.By comparison to 'standard' Ramen noodles, these are a bit more starchy and have a tendency to bubble up and foam a bit - so, you kind have to watch these a bit more as they cook. If you follow the instructions on the packaging you'll get a nice consistent Ramen.

These are perfect! As a celiac, ramen is something I missed - both the easy kind and to use in recipes. I have used these both just cooked and served in broth with a little better than bouillon to be like the cheapo ramen we all know and love, as well as in a crockpot ramen dish receipe and they did well both times. Perfect consistency - cannot tell they are gluten free, which is hard to do. Highly recommend!!!

Great tasting. Good for you ramen. The only negative would be that it does cost more than regular ramen and it doesn't come with flavor packets.
