Works as advertised and is the simplest of formulas so better for the body!

I started taking this over a year ago because of a recommendation from my eye doctor. I am very happy with this product. The pill size is not too big, it smells and tastes fine. I waited the year to see if my eyes would’ve improved at all. I don’t know if it was because of this supplement or not but my eye health is good, my vision is stable. (In years past I would need to get new reading glasses every year.). I even had a tiny bit of improvement in one eye for reading.

This formulation has the three key carotenoids: Meso-zeaxanthin 10mg, Lutein 10mg, and Zeaxanthin 2mg in one pill. MacuHealth Plus+ requires that you pop 4 pills per day. And MacuHealth Plus+ has vitamins C, E, and zinc which I already get in my multivitamin supplement. Also MacuHealth Plus+ costs $14 dollars more. So all in all this is a better choice. I was taking a supplement provided by my Eye Doctor. But it also has these 3 carotenoids and nothing else and costs about the same so I just prefer to order this from Amazon. It's not cheap but macular degeneration runs in my family so if I can avoid that by taking this, I don't mind spending the money. I am rating it a five because I expect that it will effectively forestall potential macular degeneration and the brand was recommended by my sister's optometrist. And I've been using it for over a year and have gotten good eye test results specifically related to the retina at my optometrist. I am 70 years old.

Our eye dr recommended these for both my husband and myself. My floater are gone and were gone within a day or so of starting. My husband takes to prevent macular and glauc. Working so far!

Started noticing blurry vision, and these were recommended by a friends eye specialist. Have only been taking for a short time, but I am noticing somewhat clearer vision. Supplements results are sometimes hard to notice the gain, but so far, so good

I was taking these I ordered from Amazon priced at $89 dollars for several months and I was amazed at how it helped my vision, and then someone sent me a link from Walmart they were priced under $20 so I ordered several bottles and started taking them. I compared the ingredients and they were showing the same but the color was different,lighter red. I have noticed a difference in my vision now,not clear anymore.So sad I changed but thought I was getting the same product
