Fit perfectly and fixed the problem
Fixed the no crank/no start and was a direct replacement on our 2015 F150. It does come with the foam strip for the contacts that meet the solenoids. It doesn’t come with any hardware so you’ll have to reuse your existing bolts.

Good replacement option
I recently bought a F150, after getting it home the motor locked up and i recently got it running again. Ive had this truck for less than 100 miles, and within 3 test drives this transmission problem appeared. My truck was still within mileage but out of time for a recall that lasted only a couple of months, 19n01. I brought it to the dealership, already knowing the problem, and instead of directly referencing the exact same problem to the recall they charged me a 1hr diagnosis fee, along with "shop supplies" fee. I contacted Ford directly and they absolutely denied a goodwill...mind you i still have owned this truck for less than 100 miles. So after some time of back and forth i just said screw it ill do it myself. This replacement part seems to be of quality. Everything was straightforward and easy. After the repair my truck ran as designed again, no more shifting concerns, no more dropping gears. Ive seen a lot of negative reviews on here but heres to hoping this part will last awhile. Part was replaced by ASE certified technician.

DO NOT GO CHEAP ON THIS PART.
Did not work in my 2013 3.5 EcoBoost after only 20 mile. It set off almost every engine related code. No shift no speedometer no abs no traction control no tachometer- thought I destroyed the transmission. Took to Ford replaced w Motorcraft part did full transmission flush and they cleared / reset adaptive learning. Transmission works better than before but what a huge waste of time and money. Only went aftermarket because OEM had 4 day lead time and didn’t have ability to go without truck.

The fix I needed, dropped right in.
This is the Lead Frame that has been the problem with the Ford 6 speed transmission (2011 and up). I started getting an instrument panel glitch a few weeks prior to replacement (dead speedo, tach, digital display fail or wrench icon, check engine light). After some research online, this is a common part failure (speed sensor, which is built into this part). Dropping the valve body isn't difficult (torx sockets and inch pound torque wrench required). Installation is delicate (do not touch any of the metal electrical connection points on the part or the solenoids on the valve body). You will need 9 to 10 quarts of Mercon LV transmission fluid for refill upon completion. I recommend watching the video on YouTube for this job. I have been driving for 2 weeks on this repair with no issues.

Do your research first before tackling this transmission.
This isnt your Daddy's transmission! Especially DO NOT just go by what the amazon compatibility chart says. After several weeks of research, and digging, only to find out that this particular model of lead frame will only work on the 2011 and newer 6r80 transmissions. If you have a transmission that was manufactured before 2011, model years 2005-2010. You will need the lead frame with the TCM (transmission control module) built in to the lead frame body. 2011 is when Ford moved the TCM from the lead frame and intergraded it in to the PCM across all models that used this transmission. What you will be looking for is a Mechatronic Control Module instead. Additionally, once you find a Mechatronic Control Module, IT WILL HAVE TO BE FLASHED/PROGRAMED TO YOUR VEHICLE... Be sure to clear all adaptive shift strategies from the TCM's memory once it has been binded to your vehicle. Other wise damage and erratic shifting can occur. On a similar topic, I found this excerpt from a article on the web about the 6R80 Transmission. It reads as "It’s becoming more important to pay attention to the mass airflow sensor and related engine air inlet components to make sure they’re functioning correctly without restriction. High mileage mass airflow sensors rarely set codes, but they can be the source of TCC and shift quality issues that mask themselves as solenoid strategy or solenoid/valve body related problems." Unfortunately for me I did just go by what the Amazon fitment guide listed and missed. Do give this part 5 stars for build quality and packaging. Mine arrived unscathed! I will be returning it and continue my search for the correct module. Just be sure to do your Due Diligence when working in these transmissions.

Output speed sensor lost signal/hard shift/ Limp mode
2013 F150 STX. Called Ford couple weeks ago, OEM part had over 15000 orders put in. Stumbled across this aftermarket part and was skeptical. Didn’t have much of a choice needed my truck fixed. Installed part myself and had no issues what so ever. Very easy, FordTechMakuloco has a step by step video on YouTube for the repair. Lead Frame DOES NOT NEED TO BE FLASHED. As long as your only replacing the molded lead frame. If you replace the valve body and molded lead frame the PCM will need to be flashed. As well as the most recent PCM update for the random downshift. I believe this Lead frame fits 2011 and newer 6R80 transmissions. The new molded lead frame does come with this foam gasket for the solenoid terminals. 100% would recommend this part to anyone having issues leading to the Molded lead frame. Truck is shifting smoothly with no hesitation or issues

Faulty Transmission Conductor Plate - Poor Fit and Function
The transmission conductor plate has a poor fit and doesn’t function properly. It causes shifting issues and unreliable performance. Quality is lacking, leading to frequent malfunctions. Disappointing product.

Ordered this one, because the Motorcraft/Continental part wasn't available some month ago, and it came defective from the factory. Installing it made the the car absolutely undrivable and so I had to do the whole procedure again. Do yourself a favor and get the OEM part from the get go!
