Needs bushing to mount up on 1/2” shank but runs great with no shedding. Cleaning slight rust off hardware and pistons. It’s taken everything I’ve thrown at it and I am surprised at how it hasn’t had any shedding yet. Bought 2 more for spares. Excellent for carding blued surfaces.

I bought this to clean some old files and it is not as aggressive as I expected. The bristles are very soft, much softer than the handheld brass brushes I have. The product description mentions "copper" for some reason. Could the bristles be brass plated copper? They are non magnetic. The center hub has no label or inscription. Unknown maximum rpm.

Just to be clear, this wheel is brass plated steel, not solid brass. It says so right on the box. Makes sense, solid brass wheels cost 50, not 15.

This really is solid brass as it should be. If you ever held a wire wheel before you know it has stiff bristles, this has soft bristles that don’t poke your fingers when picking it up. This is the one I wanted, thanks
