I have been using Metabolic Maintenance products since 1999. I take their Vitamin D-3 supplement to maintain my Vitamin D blood serum at a certain level. It works well. It is excipient free. The product was delivered within 24-hours.

Living in the Northeast, winters bring less overall daylight and with it, less of the full-spectrum light to shine on the skin to kickstart natural vitamin D production in the body (not to mention less comfortable weather for extensive skin exposure to sunlight). Due to this, I often feel a "fall" during fall and winter, as I am not able to produce optimal amounts of this nutrient from such means.
