Just like the "name brand" but only a fraction of the price. Why spend more for the same thing?

I have acid reflux which is easily triggered and IBS-C. I use supplements for blood type A from an eat for your type website. I use fiber therapy to help with regular bowel movements. If I run out I can feel the effect of not having it within a few hours. I have tried all kinds of fiber therapy products but this product which contains methylcellose works the best. Prescription proton inhibitors made me very ill. With much trial and error I have eliminated these from my diet, and have developed my own plan. Fiber therapy with methlcellulose is essential to my health.

Very nice size fiber pills, Being older fiber is required in the diet to avoid constipation if you don't get enough fiber in your diet. My only reason for giving a 4 instead of 5 star rate is because I find it much easier to take fiber pills that are in capsules rather than tablets. These cost a little less if you're looking to save and they work just as well.

I am on semaglutide and constipation is known side effect. This, along with fruit, keeps me moving
