I found it relatively easy. The instructions call for two people to assemble it but I had no help and had to do it alone. If you are comfortable using simple tools then it shouldn't be too difficult.

Q: Does the interior get damp overnight? how sealed is it?

Mine is exposed to rain and snow and the interior stays dry. I wouldn't store the Constitution or Declaration of Independence inside but it's good for yard equipment. The front doors and sides overlap each other and the top covers the sides so it's a plastic-to-plastic seal.

Q: Can this shed handle the Las Vegas temperatures

Direct sun and high daytime temperatures may be a problem for the lid. We have had our unit for several months and it serves us well for storage. But even here in the St. Louis area high heat and direct sunlight seem to have caused a slight depression in the lid. The lid still opens easily and looks fine to most folks.

The inside dimensions are: 46" H, 38" D, 66" W. I keep one bike (with front wheel mounted) in the shed along with much other storage. I believe that you could possibly get all four of your bicycles in there if you remove the front wheels and have nothing else in the shed.
