Not sure why this has no reviews, but I took a chance on the price, and I'm pleased I did as it's pretty good, actually.The screen is bright, and the colours strong, but what has most impressed me is the SUPER WIDE viewing angle (something I thought might be a bit rubbish at this low price point).. I can see the pictures clearly from almost all visible angles, and from across a room.The operating system is ok. The transitions perhaps a bit cheesy but you can turn them almost off (seems to retain a slide in from the side regardless).I'm not sure why it claims it's 720p though.. the screen is 4:3 ratio, which is suitable for most digital pics, if you asked me to guess, I'd say the resolution of the screen is actually 1024/768.. which at this size, for this purpose is more then adequate.It takes USB memory sticks, but I did find it was a smidge picky about which sticks it would happily access, I've got a box of old ones so just selected another and that worked fine, could even be that memory stick isn't quite right any more.I bought it as a gift and I'm now probably going to get one for myself, so there you go.Yeah... as long as it doesn't pack in prematurely... it's a great product for the money.

Needed something that would fit in an A4 envelope and could show high-res video for an art exhibition. Bought two of these and can't speak highly enough of them. The screen resolution is 960 x 720 (not XGA as some have stated) and the frame easily deals with 720P HD video - video support is more comprehensive than the description suggests: it plays MP4s, movs and avis. Beautiful crisp picture with excellent colour, contrast and brightness controls. The settings are fairly intuitive and the calendar/clock easy to set up to turn off/on automatically.Only 4 stars for the remote, because it feels a bit flimsy. At this price, hardly a surprise.I may buy more!

I haven’t tried this product yet as I’m in two minds about keeping it. It is described as 8.7” but - be aware this is a diagonal measurement. The width is actually 7”. The practice of measuring screens along the diagonal died out with old fashioned TVs so I think this is misleading. Edit: now I’ve plugged it in I can say it works well, with a great picture.

This is a good basic viewer with a clear screen. Bought as a gift and was very well received.

Plugged in for initial setup and worked as soon as unplugged it and moved it, it would not turn back on so had to send back..

I like that i can view my videos too
