This is fantastic! Its cut for women so it narrows in the front. I had one before that was not cut for women and believe me, this is a big deal. It is completely adjustable as it has a velcro strip to fasten it which allows you to choose the amount of pressure. Will fit most. I highly recommend!

This immediately made my bruised or fractured rib pain feel better (no point getting it looked at as med pro's can't really do anything but tell you to use something like this to help it get better). Needed a second one to wear while the original was getting washed so went direct to the brand's website and bought it plus a few other items. Was able to get free shipping and same or better pricing. Happy to not use amazon for everything. Small businesses give a huge % of the price to amazon to be on this site.

Having recently suffered a rib injury, I ordered this product due to the recommendations on Amazon and received as scheduled. Unfortunately, the velcro was folded over and was virtually impossible to pull apart to fasten the ace bandage properly. I contacted customer service by phone. The associate offered apologies and suggested that another person might be able to assist in separating the velcro to enable proper fastening. I suggested that the company might consider putting some non-sticky tape over the fastener portion as a preventative measure to prevent this situation. After we spoke some adrenalin must have kicked in because I succeeded in pulling it apart (after breaking two nails). Once properly fastened, it provided significant pain relief and was comfortable to wear for many hours. Would recommend, but beware that an adrenalin rush or other assistance may be required.

Comfortable to wear- for both short, and long term, stays in place, and is good for a petite female where so many of these braces are meant for larger adults. The velcro is truly a strong one meant to stay in place, and it shows! So far it is working wonderfully! I'm very happy so far with my purchase and will order another as a backup for travel.**UPDATE:The brace material is still soft, and comfortable no matter how tight I wear it, or length of time. However, once the brace is on and closed, the velcro is nearly impossible to pull apart. It has an extremely strong grip, which, with my arthritic hands, leaves me in major pain attempting to remove it. While it's a good thing for it to stay on so firmly, it's also a detriment to those with limited hand mobility, or dexterity. If it weren't for this, I'd buy more of them.Because of this, I'll give it a 3 now, which is a shame. Good product. Too tough to remove.

OK, so we got this after robotic surgery that left small incisions with stiches across my abdomen... works great to protect the area.

Works great for bruised or broken ribs. Secure wrap with velcro, easy to put on and remove.
