Just like the real deal
I will start off by saying that I have been gluten-free for about 15 years now. There are a couple items you miss once you go gluten free. Usually it's bread. But having gone to school for a pastry degree, I haven't able to adapt many recipes from wheat to gluten-free successfully. Breads, cakes, you name it. However there are certain things that you just can't copy. One of them is Kraft macaroni and cheese. It's its own thing. So when this came out I was so excited to try it although hesitant, and I am so glad that I did.Gluten-free Kraft mac and cheese taste just like the original. When I tell you that I actually cried a little bit when I tried it, I wouldn't be lying to you. It has the same delicious, fake cheese goodness of Kraft Mac, the noodles are close enough that once it's covered with the cheese it's almost the same thing. The noodles are a little bitter on their own as a lot of gluten-free noodles can be, but once it's covered, like I said, it tastes the same. And yes after 15 years of being gluten-free how do I know if it's the same? well pretty much the same way I check to see if my gluten-free food is any good and comparable to the wheat ones any other day... I asked my wheat-eating husband to try it. He said it taste identical. So there you have it. If you have not tried it please try it.Also, I received this at a pretty decent price. It was only $1.99 here for a couple boxes and it can be up to almost $4 a box depending on the store that you're at locally. So I would say the value of getting from Amazon was a big one.

Celiac approved, taste buds adjusting
Ugh where do I begin. 🤦🏻♀️ I do not like this, but I also do not have a choice if I want to eat. I have found that doctoring it with nacho cheese makes it taste better. (It’s the corn noodle flavor that throws it for me) I’m a recent celiac case, still trying to find what I can and can’t eat, and what I like and don’t like. On that note, I have always eaten and liked my Kraft Mac n Cheese, especially the Cheetos!! It is taking me longer than I would like for my taste buds to accept gluten free foods. But this is a good alternative. Everyone else says it tastes just like the original. Yes the cheese power definitely does taste like the original. The corn noodles taste like corn and for me gives it a very strong corn flavor, but masking it with extra cheese helps!

Even the pickiest eaters will enjoy
Close if not better than the originalThis product is on autoship on my account. The texture is good. If made properly its not mushy or have an odd texture. Its a treat for the pickiest eaters.

Excellent Substitute for GF Diets
Let's not fool ourselves, if you're not following a GF diet there's no reason to buy this product. It costs more than twice as much as Kraft's regular mac n' cheese, and you don't get as much product in the box. But for those of us who have to follow a GF diet, and who loved the regular stuff since we were kids, this is a fantastic substitute. The flavor is the same- I'm not 100% positive, but I'd be willing to bet the cheese packet is the same one they use in the regular box. The only difference is in the noodle texture. The noodles are slightly larger, and a bit more firm (which I actually kind of like, being a fan of al dente pasta). It's the second best GF mac n' cheese I've tried (the first being Kraft's Deluxe GF Mac n' Cheese). Enjoy!
