Your prompt response has been greatly appreciated. After experiencing several issues with a competitor’s model that required multiple replacements and suffered from frequent malfunctions, I was hopeful that Skyland would offer a better experience—and I am pleased to say that it has exceeded my expectations so far. The EM 1287 G has proven to be a fantastic choice, with a noticeably smoother performance and quality. Thank you once again for your efficient service and dedication to customer satisfaction. Pros: - Easy to assemble and to use - Works fine - Good affordable product - Bluetooth built in Cons: - No timer - No incline - In the ad, they pull it back effortlessly and store it under couches. I can tell you it is not that easy. It is very heavy so I don’t think I can manœuvre it around the house that much. Plus it is quite big, so there is no way it will fit under couches. - Your downstairs neighbor will not be happy. It is not as noiseless as promoted. It makes a regular normal treadmill noise. Overall, I am satisfied and would recommend it. But if you are in an appartement, you might not be able to run, maybe just a walk in order not to disturb your neighbors.

I've been using this for a few weeks now with no problems. The delivery went well and then some men from the company came over to set it up and show me how to use and maintain it, which is straightforward. No complaints. I would flag that the handrails do not easily detach which means you can't easily fold it away under a bed unless you are happy not to have them on at all, but it hasn't been a big issue for me and it's obviously good that they are securely attached. The machine is easy to operate and has wheels on the bottom of one side that helps move it about if needed. I don't have a problem recommending this product and the after-service care.

The machine overall is really good, user-friendly, and has a modern style design. initially, there was some belt issue which I tried fixing on my own but was unsuccessful. It is good that Skyland trading contacted me on their own (after a few months) to check how the product was and if it was functioning properly. They came and fixed the problem without any charges (maybe because I had a warranty). It is really nice of them to do a follow-up on the buyers of their products and provide them support as well as advise them on how to utilize the machine properly so that it functions longer in the run. The representatives sent were knowledgeable in their field. Thanks a lot Skyland.

Delivered as per request. Item is as advertised. I am happy with the performance of the device. Easy to assemble and use.

A low quality brand and a low quality treadmill and I will return it

Been using it almost every day for the last month for both walking and running. You can run on it if you're a small runner with short stride. It's quiet, relatively easy to move, easy to assemble. Overall very happy with this purchase so far. Seller contacted me directly offering free service and sent a lubrication video which was very useful because had to lubricate mine already.

Bought the item during latter part of May 2023. Since then there been an unbearable burning smell emanated by the pad if it is used for more than 20 minutes while automatically shutting down the equipment. Matter was then referred to the supplier through Amazon and their in-house team approached me for the inspection. I have to admit that their service was excellent n professional while prompt in identifying the issue connected with the motor. It took less than half an hour to complete the whole process in replacing the defect motor and also updated me with the routine maintenance n oiling process going forward. The team specially, Qurban Ali and Arbaz khan were very courteous polite and humble. Hats off to them !!!

ليسه الجهاز واصل . من غير فيشه من غير واصله الكهرباء متجرح كانه شغال قبل كده في مكان . ولما ركبتله فيشه مش شغال الامكانيات خالص ومالوش اي فيديو او علي النت طريقه تشغيله ومش معاه كاتلوج ومش معاه الريموت

I purchased this walking pad as I am working a lot from home and therefore haven’t been moving enough and I am very happy about it. I am usually not the kind of people to write reviews (this is probably my first) but I contacted customer service as I missed a step while I was setting up and they were so responsive and helpful that I couldn’t skip it. The only thing is I wouldn’t use it when I have meetings as people will be able to hear it.
