Best optifast shake
I was asked by my nutritionist to take this before and after my surgery, I took all four of them(chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and coffee), before I came to the conclusion that this is the best of them all. I'm not a "coffee" person, infact I'm a vanilla person, but optifast shake coffee flavor made me fall in love with coffee and I love it.

استلمت الشحنة اليوم وكانت المفاجأة أن تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية هو هو مارس ٢٠٢١ اي ٣ أشهر باقية فقط.انها تجربة غير سارة خاصة أننا ٣ أشخاص في البيت وكنا نخطط لشراء خمس عبوات لسنة كاملة، أما الآن فربما أغير من آمازون إلى الشراء المباشر
