I wasn’t expecting this product to be so good. I was able to vacuum and mop my house in a few minutes and the floor was really clean. Usually with normal mops we still get some residues this cleans almost everything. The things I didn’t really like is the noise, it is really loud, and the dirty tank gets full quick. Asides those small things, perfect appliance.

Amazing product really clean deep and smooth no need for mopping, water bucket nothing just fill it with water and it’s will do the job Perfect sucking , vacuuming and easy to clean the parts more done less effort.

Unfortunately I don't recommend Bissell crosswave wet&dry vacuuum clearner at all I had high hopes for this device but it sucks 😕 will not hesitate to put zero star for it First of all it is too loud and too heavy to use Everyone in the house shouted to turn it off on my first time to try it it is unbelievable loud Very difficult to handle and manage you got to have done lifting to get to use it comfortably;it's too heavy Unfortunately will not buy any from Bissell again I ended up buying light weight comfee vacuum cleaner which works perfectly no noise no heavy muscles to use and I turn it on on a daily basis I just wasted 1299 Dirham of my money for nothing Now Bissell is standing in my hall just reminding me not to go for it again 😕

Recommended It's well worth the money. Strong vaccum. Dispenses a little water and soap then mops them. My white floors are sparkly clean. Vaccums up a water spill quickly. Some of its negatives: it is heavy and loud. A little bit slow, but it's not too bad. Takes around 10 to 15 minutes to clean a small kitchen. Does not remove stubborn stains stuck on the floor. For example, I had a tiny piece of tomato stuck on the floor. It could not remove it. All in all, a very helpful product. Recommended

Using as mopping for hard floors is not so good as expected, less water consumption and dry floor in result with few wet lines.

I purchased this machine, its good one. But beware its very noisy, recommended to buy an earplug along with this. Otherwise good machine. Long female hairs may require to be removed manually, as it will roll and fix to the brush.

It's compact, lightweight, and surprisingly powerful. Perfect for quick cleanups around the house, especially with kids and pets. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient cleaning solution!

I used it to clean a 12x12 area rug and it was great. I didn't know it had become that dirty. Also, you don't need a mop anymore because it cleans the floor and vacuums. This machine does it all! A little heavy versus the Dyson but for he three functions it's really great! No bucket and mop anymore!!!!

not very handy to clean and performance is also not good. water injection and cleaning the floor is not as expected. i would like to return the product and understand that its just passed the return window(08/07/2023).

Easy to set up, powerful vacuum cleaner that gives the added benefit of wet mop. Basically an all in one solution for a total cleanup of all floors and carpets of your home. The level of cleanliness achieved is really unparallaled, take my word for it. The Cons: After a full house cleanup, thorough cleaning and washing of the device parts takes quite some time. The wire does give quite a bother while cleaning as it always comes in the way of the machine. The device is super noisy. Bottom Line: The cons are nothing compared to what this device offers to you. Domestic help or No Help, this device is surely going to show you top notch cleaning with minimal effort. Must Buy.

I used to have a Vax Floormate, but it gave up the ghost after a year. I had kept my eyes open for something similar and then a Youtube video introduced me to this wonderful machine. I am so pleased I bought it. In comparison to the Vax Floormate, this machine looks so much more cosmetically appealing, but more than that, it is so light and easy to use. Once the machine is running, the spinning brushhead helps pull it along the floor and it just makes such easy work of cleaning the floors. I was sceptical about it's hoovering capabilities but alas there is no worry to be had, as this machine sucks up everything on the floor. In a home with children (girls hair) and dogs, this machine literally sucks up the hair and it doesn't clog the brush head, unlike with my Dyson cordless. It uses Bissell's own detergent, which smells lovely but isn't overpowering. You fill the detachable pull out container with warm water and the detergent, turn the machine on with either the 'hard floor' or 'rug' button and away you go. The difference between these two buttons is it puts down more water on the rug setting than it does with the hard floor setting. I use the rug setting on my slate kitchen tiles as it works better that way with more water. The good thing about this machine, with the hard floor setting, is it seems to hardly use much water unlike the Vax Floormate, which literally soaked the floor. I like the handy tray it comes with, which you stand it in. This is also where you clean the machine after each use by pouring clean water into the tray and turning the machine on so the roller brush cleans itself. You can easily detach the front (see photos) to get the roller brush out to stand it out the machine to dry and clean inside the head of the machine - not that it really gets very dirty! This floor cleaner seems to have mixed reviews but I am SO pleased I bought it. The sheer ease, light weight and how it is so easy to steer makes this a dream when washing and hoovering your floors. I was forever vacuuming, then hoovering, only to find you had missed some dirt with the hoover and the mop wouldn't pick it up. This machine solves all this as it's constantly hoovering as it's washing your floors. I intend to buy another roller as a spare, but from watching Youtube videos, this machine in America comes with an additional stiff brush roller. I plan on purchasing one of these too, but you have to buy those on a different 'bidding' site as Amazon don't stock them. As for the roller brush not being the full length of the head of the machine head, I don't think it really matters as it really only leaves an inch and if you go in the direction of the wall as opposed to going along the wall, it gets right up close. So glad I bought this machine and the icing on the cake is when you see all the dirty water!
