Q: In assembling lamp, screw won’t go in to attach the three parts for the shade. How do I go about getting it replaced?

We had trouble with the metal frame part of the shade. Contacted the seller through Amazon and they sent a replacement part which worked perfectly. Took a while to get the replacement though.

Q: How do I attach the lampshade to the lamp? There is no way to hold the center ring of the lampshade together.

Take the bulb out. Place the lampshade on so that the center circle aligns with the center circle of the base where the light bulb is to be screwed in. Then add the lightbulbs.

Q: How can I get a replacement of the wire framing of the shade? Ours broke during a move

Probably easier to buy a new shade
