Rally Fitness Medicine Balls are designed for partner or wall exercises. Medicine Balls are great for sport specific core training and help increase strength and stamina. They can be used as a standard wall ball, thrown back and forth to build speed and power along with being used as a "squat marker" to ensure you are getting full depth squats.
