I have been using this brand of CoQ10 for years. It helps me with the pain in my hands. It doesn’t stop the pain but it seems to stop it from getting worse. I can tell when I’ve missed a dosage because one of my knuckles will hurt really bad.

Second day taking it. Update...I take it back. Long term has done nothing.😭Depression has had me stuck in recliner for years. When I was younger I was kinda OCD about everything being in it's place and clean. I haven't cared about anything for a very long time. Drs changed antidepressants so many times I have no idea what I've have tried. I needed something to motivate me. Told them that and nothing worked. I'd think about all the things I needed to do and next thing you know, the day is gone and I've done nothing.Taking this I've actually made several meals like I used to buy scratch, cleaned and watched very little tv.
