I have been exchanging all of my capsule supplements for gummies due to realizing that I was putting of taking them daily. Too much effort to swallow the big buggers. These gummies are a bit chewier that most. I like the taste and feel like I'm treating myself to a candy. No problem with daily use. I haven't been taking them long enough to say if they are working.

This is my first time trying CoQ10 and went with these gummies. I'm 47, in perimenopause changes, stamina never bounced back after a fairly bad case of Covid, and without any help I'm a depressed no energy mess. Usually with food, a coffee, and multivitamins I can manage to function a couple of hours but not great. So now the CoQ10...I naively tried this the first day by taking 2 in the evening after dinner - I couldn't sleep that night. So couple of days later I try this after breakfast without any other supplements, and only took 1. This made me hyper energetic for 1.5 hours in an alert "let's get a bunch of physical chores done NOW" kind of way. I could probably drive more alert on this. But not for deep mental focus and emotional analysis. More of a let's move, dance, put things away feeling - not for reading or my eyes would just be dancing on the page. The quality and taste of the gummies is great, and I will selectively take just 1 one of these when I want the specific energetic effect.
