I'M LIVING A NIGHTMARE
Bought this printer about a month ago...absolute garbage. Has trouble with paper feeds, paper jams, ink cartridge replacement...in fact pretty much everything. I bought the most expensive printer I could thinking it would be reliable and I have to admit that it is...as a shockingly expensive paterweight - just don't try to print with it. Will sign off now and spend another large chunk of my life trying to get the damn thing to work.

I love the reliability, the wireless networking, the quality of print, and lots more.The 28ppm print rate is a lie, it's more like 3ppm even for black text if you are on anything but draft mode - so slow I have had to upgrade to get a reasonable rate to be able to do my job.So it is perfect if you are enjoying your retirement, anyone else needs to buy elsewhere. Of course, don't stick with it too late into your retirement or you might never see the output.
