Pro-Lift B-S20D Grey Hydraulic Bottle Jack - 20 Ton Capacity

This is a tough little jack. It lifts easily,holds pressure and works in the cold. I love how short it is. You can get it under low trailer axles where a regular bottle jack is too tall. It's tough enough to lift a trailer loaded with 29,000lb plus the weight of the trailer. It's a good little jack. Great price too. I highly recommend it.

Needed this to raise a storage shed enough to make some repairs to the foundation. It was slow going, but it did get the job done without issue.

First let me say that for $42, this 20 ton bottle jack is probably the best bang for the buck out there. Everything works as it should and, for the most part, seems like a quality tool. The extension screw threads are very nicely finished and smooth which is a surprise in this price range and the fact that it's made in China (which I dislike)...but I get it ($$$). The only complaint I have is the finish work on the piston. It is mostly very nice but there is an area where it is scored, in an up and down pattern (see pic). It doesn't seem to affect the function but I know it can't have a great seal and may cause it to bleed off in certain positions. If not for this, I would have surely given this jack 5 stars. It may turn out to be nothing or it may turn out to make this jack a piece of junk. Time will tell but for the price, it's probably worth the gamble. P.S.- I noticed the next day after purchase the price went up to $63.

I had to do some repair to an exterior wall in which I had several rotten studs due to a water leak behind the shower. I used this jack to support the top plate as I removed the rotten studs. It didn't have any problem with the weight. It is not a long term solution for support as a traditional wall support jack would be as it will lose some pressure over time, but this can be used for other jobs as well and I only needed to support the wall long enough to replace some studs. I my not have needed the jack at all, but better safe.

Broke the third time I used it. I though I was getting a good quality jack but, I was wrong. Lift capacity was great until something inside snapped. It was lifting the rear of my van.

I bought these jacks to lift our house, and it's going well. They are pretty standard low profile jacks, and have plenty of lifting power. Easy to use, plenty of strength, and a good price. All great!

For the price it seems to be a decent jack. One step above the usual off shore garbage. Yes it can be a tad hard to push the piston back down ... I expect that on a jack with this size cylinder. It's a sturdy, well finished product compared to some of the horrible stuff out there.

Jacked up the steer axle on a 12 wheeler dump truck without issue. Nice and low that I can fit most places.

Powerful , built sturdy. Lifted a barn beam with posts on top supporting the roof. Effortless. Would buy again.
