This is my favorite cornstarch — consistent quality and the resealable bag is so convenient. I use it for thickening soups, gravies, and even for baking. It always blends in smoothly without clumping 🍲. A pantry essential that I keep stocked!

I andorse just about anything Red Mill produces . Although I prefer Arrow Root as a thickener it seems lighter in flavor and it doesn't require as much for thickening it's more expensive compared to corn starch. I also have used cornstarch dry to lightly sprinkel in daughters and grand daughter hair. Fluff so it gets to the scalp ( I mean Lightly Sprinkeled we arn't rolling out noodle dough). Use brush with cermamic tiped bristles, start at the bottom of the hair and work up to the part the starch will coat the hairs and help the brush work out the tangles.

Comes in a resealable pouch which will help storage easier and shelf life longer. Packed well. Delivered quickly.
