The bottle is damaged and the product is leaking

The wrong product arrived. I wanted as the picture shows. Shinier and dryer, it’s not what arrived. I contacted amazon and a swap was never made/replaced. Once I followed the procedure of return, I was told no need to return but the correct one would arrive. It never did. I can’t be bothered with following this up again, it’s not worth wasting the time. So I used the one I didn’t want and won’t bother ordering again.

This is a good product that is best used in dishwashers to keep dishes shiny. It should only be refilled when the dishwasher indicates that the rinse aid is running low.
