What is the date of production and expiration

I do not remember when I bought the Vaseline Hair Tonic I think it was in 2013 or 2014 I still have the bottle I seldom use it the date of manufacturer says 29/08/13 and the expiration date is 28/08/15 the primary ingredient is mineral oil and it still seams good. I do not know the shelf life of mineral oil.
