Lithium AAs are brilliant
Lighter than alkalines, they won't leak, like alkalines, they work in sub-zero temperature unlike alkalines, they last for years in storage and they pump out a constant 1.5 volts.They cost more (and while cheaper alkalines have gotten better over the years and are less prone to leaking and ruining the inside of your flashlight, remote control or whatever, they still leak sometimes and there's no way of knowing when)Only note of caution, if you are using more than one in a device make sure that it's output voltage (it'll do 1.7v early on) isn't going to be too much.

these battery work at 1.5 volts, means much better than the standard 1.2
I had my camera with 1.2 volts not working. This battery are 1.5 volts a great difference to the standard 1.2 you see on the web. Check your appliance needs!
