Purchased twice but became dysfunctional after couple of months on both occasions, worst part is their service center is far and they will ask you to come back to get the repair which is meaning less as it is waste of time and money.

Bought the product based on some reviews and the brand name. I'm happy with it :) In the box: 1. Lid and main hub 2. 6 egg capacity tray 3. 2 egg poachers 4. 80 millimeter filling cup with egg picker 5. 3 pin connector There's a hot plate at the base of the main hub, just pour water into it and the stream cooks the eggs. Cooking time varies depending on how many eggs you cook at a time. You need to let it cool off after a session for the hot plate to cool down before you store it someplace Pros: - Compact - Build quality 5/5..
