Screen issues
The screen reflects too much the light. It looks like a mirror. It is not adapted to work long hours. So I have returned it.

Keyboard issues and noisy fans
I had bought it with lots of expectations. I thought it will help me in online teaching since I am using MS Team. Naturally the MS Surface Laptop 3 should have been complimentary to it. Though MS promise discount to teachers, I didn’t get any discount from Amazon. When I got the laptop in the end, it’s keyboard is defective and the fans were noisy. However, it is a wonderful device - good screen, class look and beautiful keyboard. And I looking forward to have one soon. I am returning it and waiting / searching for a better option.

Liked its a great ,very fast , light weight portable laptop. Great battery time during my office working hours. Gets Windows updates frequently. Dislike: Nothing.
