One strap loop
I received my order, but I noticed that the watch strap is incomplete. It only has one strap loop/keeper instead of two, which makes it difficult to wear properly. Kindly help me with a replacement or refund.

仕事用にぶつけても傷ついても気にならない程度の価格で、でもちょっとカッコいい時計を探していたところにこれを見つけたので思わずポチっと。いつの間にか保守的デザインになってしまった国内向けエディフィスに比べ海外エディフィスはまだまだ尖っていていいですね。（笑）ただ写真と実機は若干イメージが違います。写真では文字盤のブルーがきれいに出ていますが、実機ではかなり暗めのメタリックブルーです。ケース枠のブルーも同様。でもこれはこれで落ち着いていて逆に良かったと思っています。星を1つ引いたのは、やっぱり重いです。５コマ抜いてベルト調節しましたが１６５ｇでした。購入時１３１２０円でしたのでコストパフォーマンス抜群、安くてカッコよくって人と被らないので大変満足しております。在庫がありアマゾン発送のショップで買えた事もラッキーでした。
