First discovered in Jamaica. Great on jerk pork or chicken. Little goes a long way. Kind of hard to find locally.

Best seasoning there is.
My dad is from Louisiana and loves spicy food. As he has gotten older though, spicy foods cause acid reflux and he has not gotten to enjoy his beloved hot sauces. I gave him some Panola for Father’s Day last year and now he’s hooked. Perfect amount of seasoning without being too intense.Absolute staple in our red beans and chicken salad!

Not Hot Sauce
This is NOT a hot sauce, it is not even warm! It is watered down vinegar with one worthless pepper and a garlic clove in the bottle.This is one of the biggest ripoff products I have ever purchased.If you want clear hot sauce, just use pepperoncini juice for a dollar.

Best tasting hot sauce I've had in a log time. Even my wife loves it. Next time we're getting a whole case! Not too hot but full of flavor!

Product had a leak.
This product had a leak when it arrived and some of the hot sauce had spilled into the packaging. The plastic seal was still in place but I didn’t feel comfortable using not knowing if it had been tampered with.
