Q: Will this work with cricut air 2? What kind of printer needs to be used?

If the Circut uses a mat that will carry the 8-1/2" x 11" paper, then it can be used. It needs to be printed with an inkjet printer.

Q: How well does the print stay on? How long will it last?

The print stays on pretty well. I've washed the shirt I made inside out on cold water about 5 times and so far it's holding up.
