The fiber in this product is soluble meaning it dissolves. It attracts water to help its function in the bowel. It is not like bran which is not soluble and is just bulky. The fiber is inulin, which is a prebiotic. This is what your healthy gut flora want to feast on. There are multiple flavors in the bottle, all fruity. Easy to chew and swallow.

This item is EXCELLENT in the original flavor with the purple label, as shown. I am unable to get it any more. They are selling one labeled Bone Health, that tastes terrible. I wish the Original FIBER CHEW WAFERS would still be available. Gummies are terrible. Many don't like gummies! The item pictured was so good. Why was it discontinued????

This product really works. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the flavor- they are not nice to chew! No other complaints or issues to report because overall, the product delivers!
