This fits comfortably, but only if you follow the impossibly small text directions. Seriously, the text directions on the package are very small. So here are the basic directions for molding it to your mouth. 1. Boil some water and then remove the water from heat. It has to be enough to submerge the mouth guard in the water. Fill a small bowl with cold water. 2. Submerge the mouth guard in the boiling water for around 30 seconds. Use a watch to time this. 3. Using a pair of tongs, get the guard out of the boiling water and then place it in the cold water for one second. Take too long putting it in there and you'll have to repeat this process, since it won't be as springy. 4. Get it in your mouth NOW NOW NOW and bite down. Too much mouth pressure at this point will make your teeth go all the way through and you'll be forced to buy a new one. However, it's pretty durable, so don't be afraid to clamp down somewhat. 5. While it's in your mouth, push it into your front teeth (finger or lip pressure or both will suffice) using gentle pressure and suck out the water. The entire process will take about 30 seconds. 6. Place it in the cold water again for a short amount of time. 7. Test the fit. If it doesn't feel comfortable to you, repeat the entire process. I had to repeat the fitting because I didn't like how it felt in the back of my mouth. It's not the end of the world if you have to repeat the process. The mouthguard itself feels really nice once it's molded to your mouth. It's pretty good for contact sports or anyone with the gear fetish. However, it is hard to breathe through, primarily because it's a full mouth guard meant for those who get punched in the face. You're sacrificing a bit of breathability for oral safety. So understand the intended audience here. If you want to wrestle or fight, you want something incredibly durable like this. If you're going to be running and fear a crash landing that will brutalize your mouth, this one is not for you. BEST PRO: This is one mouthpiece that will make you feel safe just from putting it in your mouth. It's quite comfortable and will offer the protection you want/need. WORST CON: Breathability
