Compatibilité Mensongère!
La description de l'article indique que les filtres sont compatibles RCC7P, pourtant je viens de me rendre compte que les filtres post carbone ("Stage 5") ne s'adaptent pas aux raccords à vis du RCC7P, impossible de l'utiliser!!

World class customer support
I’ve used these water filters for years. Occasionally a problem might come up, as it did this time. They’ve changed the stage 5 filter design, and it requires new tee adapters. Sadly, they weren’t in the box. As I have done in the past, I reached out to ispring customer support (in America, no less) and told them the issue. They immediately sent me the adapters I needed free of charge, and even threw in some extras. About €30-40 in value, for free! They arrived from the UK in less than a week. This, folks, is why I am a loyal customer and advocate. Wonderful quality, matched only by their service.

It was a process, but successful in the end
When were moved into our current home, it already had an RO system from iSpring in use. We probably used it for way too long before getting around go ordering new filters for it, so when I went to change the filters, I decided to change all five, and this kit seemed like the way to go. But when I first turned the water back on after changing them, we had immediate problems. The system started making hammering and knocking noises, and soon we realized the water quality was worse than before we changed the filters. I reached out directly to the company, and they had me send a video to them. After watching it, they were pretty sure the water pressure was too high and likely damaged something when turned back on, and offered to send a pressure regulator. Well, they sent that, and a whole new housing system, which was a total surprise and very much appreciated. We were able to change that all out, and add the pressure regulator. I decided to change the first 3 filters again, and they had sent a new stage 5 filter, but we had to reuse the stage 4 filter. And unfortunately, it still wasn’t working, only now, there was virtually no flow of water through the RO. In about 12 hours, it might accumulate about 12 oz. of water in the holding tank. We were working with a water company to see about installing a water softener around the same time, and after testing water quality from the tap, and from the RO, they found the quality was indicating the filter system was not working at all. He was pretty confident that the stage 4 filter, the membrane filter, was damaged. So after talking again with iSpring, they sent a new membrane filter. Finally! Finally, everything works perfectly! It fills the tank at the normal rate, and we’re no longer getting weird mineral deposits left behind in anything we use the RO water for. Nick was who I worked with at iSpring, and it took a while to get everything figured out, but I’m so thankful for all their help! And the new housing for the filters is great! I love that you can see the filter on stage 1. Our water quality is not great, and we changed our whole house filters to see through housing too, and it’s immensely helpful to be able to visually see when the filters start getting gross. The ones I had initially changed out of the RO system had been there for who knows how long and were black. I’m talking BLACK. Maybe the people before would have changed them if they could have seen how nasty they were getting. If you don’t have the new housing for the filters with stage 1 being the see through blue color, it’s worth getting!! Thank you again four your help, Nick!

funciona correctamente, y gran servicio postventa.
una buena oferta para tener reemplazos del producto. Y si hay algun problema, como tuve yo, que uno de sus filtros me salio defectuoso, al instalarlo perdia agua. El servicio de atención cliente me lo reemplazo. En fin, buen servicio postventa detras, que es algo primordial en este tipo de sistemas, por no lo decir lo más importante.
