I love the drink, the mix does taste good. Very easy to fix, I use a small blender to mix it well. It has a creamy, coffee flavor, like a cappuccino or a latte. Is nice to sit, relax with a good cup of coffee. I’m would like to clarify, this is not hot chocolate! If you really look at the box you will see coffee beans. Also, while having a tasty cup of coffee you are getting 15g , 30%, of your daily protein.

I am absolutely in love with these protein hot chocolate packets! They are perfect when you are craving something sweet. They are high protein, low sugar, and low carb which makes these the perfect little dessert. They dissolve easily in water, and have a smooth texture. One packet makes a large mug of hot chocolate

This is pretty good. It’s extremely sweet, in my opinion, so I either make an extra big mug with lots of water or I only use half the packet (which is then half the protein). It dissolves well, like any other hot chocolate.

To order through Amazon and to get a frother to mix the drink- it’s so yummy and only 30 calories!!!

OMG! So good. It's 20+ degrees in New York and this hit the spot! I'm also in my pre-op phase for my surgery where I'm required to intake protein. I didn't experience problems others had mentioned. While the taste is great, I wish there were more in the package for the price.

Absolutely nasty. Doesn't mix well. So you get chunks of powder that taste like fake chocolate and salt. Would not buy again. I'd rather just drink a fairlife protein shake. Tastes better and more protien

This stuff has a good flavor, my favorite is the Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows version but I’ve tried the Amaretto and Chocolate flavors as well. They’re good but all seem to clump up a bit if they sit un-stirred for like 15 minutes. I think this is due to the gelatin that’s in here, as a different protein hot chocolate I’ve tried doesn’t have the gelatin ingredient and it doesn’t clump up even after sitting for an hour. Not 100% sure though. Also, I’ve purchased this brand/product 8 times now and every single time the product’s box packaging shows up all smashed up (photos attached). In the past this product was packed in an Amazon bag instead of a box so I thought maybe it took a beating from being packed in the warehouse and jostled around in the truck while in transit to my house, but this time it arrived in a box and was still smashed up, so not quite sure what’s happening to the packaging haha. The individual hot chocolate bags are always intact though so that’s good.

delicious way to get in extra protein. It has a rich chocolate flavor, very satisfying to sip on a chilly day. It is a bit expensive, but a good treat. I went ahead and purchased a second box in preparation for the long, cold winter ahead.
