What is the max height setting in inches?

The owners manual says it is not intended for use outdoors in damp conditions. What good is a tool that can't be used outdoors in damp conditions?

I have a very large number of expensive power tools, both corded and cordless, that shouldn’t be used outdoors in damp conditions. I have hand tools that shouldn’t be used outdoors in damp weather as they are used for fine woodworking. These are not yard tools but are to be used in making woodworking projects.
