I’ve been using this product for years and it is still my go to for my seasonal (winter) cold sores. I use it at the very first sign of knowing one is coming and it makes the cold sore less visible (doesn’t get rid of completely) and the duration shorter. You don’t need much either - it seems expensive but you honestly don’t need to use much

This stuff works!! As soon as I feel that itchy start to a cold sore, I put a TINY amount on, and it barely grows any bigger at all! I use it about 3x per day for a few days. Clears up faster too. I love this stuff and will order more when I run out!
