I have not read the book in its entirety yet, but this far in my readings, there have been some typos. Also, when I look up chakras, this book refers to the "navel" chakra when all other sources ive seen, heard and read, refer to it as the "solar plexus". Not sure why. The typos make me slightly apprehensive on taking the book serious.
