These actually helped my son Skin to stay clear. He was breaking out terribly from the age of 10 on. He’s 13 now and his breakouts are definitely much much much more mild than they were when he takes these. He says that they give him a fish taste in his mouth so he does not like that. I have not personally tried them, but I do like that. They clear up his skin.

My 16 year old daughter has been using Curology, Mighty Patch, Differin & more for a year to address her acne. I ordered this on March 12 & last Friday (March 24) she was commenting about how good her skin is finally looking. We were trying to figure out what was helping and today it occurred to me: it’s these vitamins! I just ordered more & will continue ordering. I just don’t like how it’s 2 capsules (vs. 1) & only 30-day supply, yet that won’t deter me. It’s nice to see her smile again, so it’s worth it!

Only been taking these for about a week or two now, and have notices a reduction in oil, but not much otherwise. People complain about the taste, but its most likely because of the omega-3. Fish oil is a common derivative of omega-3 fatty acids, so im sure they used that. Its only like a quarter way full but i dont care, its easy to swallow, and so far decent.

Yes, the taste/smell is not great, but it’s worth it to see an improvement in her skin. Her breakouts are not completely gone, but noticeably not as bad. She is just starting her 2nd bottle and will continue to take these pills.

The smell is awful! My teen daughter only took it once. She gags each time I try to make her take it. I’ve tried it too, and it is pretty bad. When my daughter says she would rather have pimples, then you know this is no good. Sorry :(
