Thank you for your interest in our products. This product is designed in Fulton, Maryland but manufactured in China.

Q: Can you mount this on a wall?

It does not come with an option to mount on a wall. However, there is no reason you can't drill holes in the bottom and mount it yourself. I would suggest to apply silicone around the holes to ensure you keep it weather tight. Another suggestion is to call the manufacturer to find out if you will void their warranty by drilling holes in the unit.

"Does the lid have a gasket?" No, the lid does not have a gasket, but it seals very well because there is an over-lip that blocks water from coming into the box. During Christmas, when I deploy a lot of lights, I use five of these boxes and have never had any water intrusion.
