I’ve been using REDCON1 Total War Pre-Workout for the 5 years of my life, maybe its routine, maybe its the taste, overall, this has been one of the best jitter free, no crash pre-workouts i've ever taken. Flavor: The Blue Raspberry flavor is a winner. I've been a user of this, and the Blueberry Lemon flavor for a majority of my purchases. While there is a faint chemical flavoring to the pre-workout, its very tolerable to drink. Mixability: Mixing is straightforward. I use a standard shaker bottle, and the powder dissolves completely without any issues. I haven't had any issues with mixing. The pre-workout mixes well without a mixer ball as well. Positive/Effects: I experience a noticeable increase in energy and stamina, and there’s no crash afterward, which is great. However, the effects can be a bit intense for those sensitive to stimulants, be careful, start with smaller scoops to assess your tolerance. This has been one of the easiest pre-workouts on my stomach as well. Does not cause any GI Distress. Overall, i'd recommend Total War to any beginner/intermediate gym go-er. Simply due to the taste, effects, and cheap cost of the product.

The orange flavor is good, however, I do not get the same level of stimulant I once would get with these. Almost need to take two scoops to get the same effect. Not bad for the sale price I got it for.

My favorite preworkout at the moment. I love the flavor and it mixes well with my creatine. It gives me that edge I need in the gym to go for that extra rep and really push it to the limit. Gives me a good boost of energy without feeling bad or sluggish later. For the price it can’t be beat for a solid preworkout.

Love this product for working out. The flavor is delicious and I don't always use the full scoop depending on with I have to do the next day and when I do go do my workout but I definitely do feel the product when I do go to do my workout and it gives me that good amount of energy that I need and even if I do take it like let's say after 3:00 p.m. and I'm and insomniac and always worry about not being able to sleep but funny thing is is I still end up getting able to go to sleep even though I take it so it gives me that energy for the workout but does not keep me from sleeping at night which is great. I have tried other brands that do not give you that tingle workout feeling like this does so the effectiveness of this is excellent I do like the focus the strength and the quality of this product. I find good deals on it so I do have the value of the money if you find a good deal on it. So it didn't last me so I absolutely recommend it

Ok I will say this stuff is incredibly effective and works quickly HOWEVER this is the worst tasting thing I’ve probably ever had. To me it tastes like actual poison, and it is very hard to drink. Other than the awful taste, it gives me quick energy and I can appreciate that.
