Great product! Easy to install! Kids' favorite! Highly recommended!
I bought this and installed it at my back yard, so that my kids can have something fun during this quarantine days. It turns out the product is really fantastic! Very easy to install! I just have a quick peek at the manual, then finished installing it with my 11 year old daughter within 3 hours. The large size of 15 feet diameter fits my backyard perfectly. With the nets around, it is pretty safe for young kids to play on it. My 5 year old daughter loves it so much! She plays on it with her older sister together. Sometimes they invite me to join them. It accommodate three of us with enough spare rooms. It brings us so much fun! Highly recommended!

Great trampoline for our family!
Totally recommend! We’ve had a couple hiccups with the order, but their customer service has been awesome. They respond quickly and mailed extra parts without hesitation. My kids love the trampoline. It looks great and feels sturdy. Super happy with this purchase.

My kids are happy
I had to call customer service as UPS had damaged one of boxes and it was being held together with tape. We were short some pieces (most likely due to the damaged box) and customer service sent the replacements the next business day. The instructions could be a little more descriptive but 2 adults and 2 kids put it together. They love it!

Rock solid
It blows a lot here. The neighbors have trampolines and the safety guards look like the leaning tower of Pisa when its blowing. The structure on this is more sound and bucks the 60mph winds (plus gusts) really well. It bounces good too. Kids love it.

DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY
DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY. The mat didn’t last a year and then the frame broke around 14 months. The seller claims they don’t have a replacement part for the frame. Trampoline is crap and the warranty is worthless

Great buy kids love it
Kids loved it. Nice and sturdy. Material feels good quality just try and keep in shaded area for long lasting.

Great trampoline for the price
We bought this a year ago. It was well used that summer and has survived the winter intact. It has been used by teenagers and toddlers. I am happy I purchased it.
