Is the size medium (17" by 12" by 10")large enough to make a cat house for one 12 pound cat? I've used the large for 2 cats who are friends, but the other cats in the colony aren't friendly and need separate houses. I'm reluctant to use the size large (19" by 12" by 16") if not needed because they are huge a I'm concerned they will be too large to hold in body heat.
