Noise Cancellation made me cry. Mic mute button is a feature I did not notice was included.
I looked around for weeks for new headphones. I had considered these but the reviews here and on the Wyze website had me nervous. I don't know why because I have been an avid Wyze follower. I do think the headphones have been upgraded since their first release so that might be the older reviews that had me nervous. Now, I have a feeling the headband is going to snap, but I purchased the Asurion insurance and I already know they'll take care of me.Regardless, I was VERY surprised by the noise cancellation. I teared up. I didn't full on cry now, but I was impressed to say the least. Took me going through the guide on the app to properly figure out how to do the cupping thing, but really you just put your four fingers on it and that changes the ANC in an instant to make you transparent mode. I stunned myself when I did it because the sound was immediate from no sound. It also works (the "cupping") when you're in any other mode and just need the volume to immediately decrease. (I just noticed the photo in the quick start guide that shows the 4 fingers and not cupping it HA)I was having issues with the microphone at first on my computer, but it was only when I was trying to do a recording- I have since tried again and this is the one downfall of the mic for whatever reason- recordings. My meetings went well and no one mentioned lagging or issues. I had a short call with my brother (and ordering chinese food HA) as I don't see myself really using it on the phone, but he also confirmed there's no issue with the mic. The same right side for cupping has a double-tap feature that allows you to mute the mic- I had not realized this came with it at all as I was looking for a mute button, this is a double tap which is just great. It does get confused with Alexa though sometimes. I've used it in meetings as well and it works great. The bluetooth light does stay on, and I don't think it's that bright that an airplane neighbor will be bothered by it. If anything, I may just sharpie it, but I'm not truly concerned. It does seemlessly go between my computer and my phone without a problem. At least not yet.I read reviews of people saying the buttons were not intuitive, and I don't know, I guess as long as you put them on the right ear (they're clearly labeled inside the ear pads) I'm fine with them. And I know where each button is no problem. They're different shapes and have a tactile feel, I think they're great.I tested the 3.55mm jack, and the sound was just as great. The computer doesn't recognize the headphones at all though with the jack, which honestly, not horrible for me. I moreso wanted it for flights and I can say the ANC will work for it. I'll try and come back after my long-haul flight in July and update.I don't consider myself having a big or wide head but only the Jabra work headsets come wide enough, which is why, again, I just bought the insurance as I know eventually the headband will give out as my others have too. I think it's just a general construction of all headphones. The Alexa setup was also super easy.My ears do get warm after a few hours of wearing it, but no actual sweat that I've noticed or issues with the pressure of the headphones on my head.Sound - BeautifulMicrophone - Clear and CrispANC- StunnedOther modes - GREAT!Alexa - great!Features - all around great! (for me)I'd recommend the purchase to anyone for sure. 5 stars

Quality and price.
For the price, you’ll be hard pressed to find a noise canceling headphone better. I took a six hour flight left him in standby for five days on a cruise. Took a six hour flight home and still had 50% battery life. Sound quality was excellent. Base response was good noise canceling features were excellent at any price range.

Great noise canceling
I got these head phones for my 10 year old girl because of the noise canceling. These headphones are amazing.

works mostly great.
I picked up this set in white and it works mostly great, however one side outputs a low slight electronic noise buzzing/screech sound that my other Wyze pair (in black) doesn't have. It was bought used through amazon reseller, so maybe its some spyware chip, lol half-joking. The sound is low enough that I'll ignore it.One other issue though: If you have multiple wyze headsets and/or earbuds it can confuse your smartphone/computer, so you may have to delete/forget the device under settings and then re-pair them when switching headsets/devices.

Once adjusted, good sound and great features for the price
These headphones are really good for the price. The unadjusted sound quality is ok, but it’s a bit muddy on the low end and flat on the high. The EQ can fix that really quick. I just set up a custom preset and they are fine. The ear cups are comfortable for extended wear, but they are a bit warm. They are not removable, so when the cups go bad you’ll need to buy a new pair of headphones. Still, at this price that’s still cheaper than most higher end headphones. The draw string pouch they come with is ok and it has areas for the two included cables (pin-to-pin and USB-C to A). However the pouch isn’t quite big enough to fit the headphones and close completely around them.** Update: A friend got a pair of these and his bag fits the headphones. It appears mine is just defective. The noise canceling isn’t quite as good as AirPods Pro and Max, but it does a pretty good job. I also appreciate the Transparency mode when you need to hear things around you.The physical controls are ok, but I do wish the buttons were larger and a bit more distinct. I also miss touch controls. You can place a hand over the right earcup (and only that one) to cut the audio and turn on Transparency mode. It’s a good feature, but the cup isn’t touch sensitive. My understanding is that it uses a proximity sensor. Letting go of the cup returns the audio to whatever it was before you put your hand on the cup.If you use a bunch of Wyze products, you’ll probably appreciate that it uses the Wyze app on your phone for firmware updates and the EQ. Without the app most features work, just not the EQ and no firmware updates. You can turn on and off noise canceling and transparency mode using buttons on the right cup, so most things work without the app.Battery life is good. They say you can get 20 hours out of a charge, which I’d say is pretty accurate. The battery is not end-user replaceable, though.A few other minor issues:* The battery level of the headphones can only be checked in the Wyze app.* The cables are far too short. They are perhaps a foot long. So while you can use these headphones with a standard headphone jack, you will probably want to buy a longer 3.5 mm pin-to-pin (male to male) cable.* You may also want a longer or different charging cable and the headphones don’t come with a wall charger, though most USB-A chargers should work fine.* Since all controls are on the right ear cup, it’s not as nice for left-handed people to use.Still, even with these caveats, the headphones are great for the price. Well worth it for someone looking for an upgraded over-the-ear headphone experience without spending hundreds of dollars.
