I have dark circles around my eyes and im not sure if I should get the clear or the lavender?

You always want to neutralize with a color opposite on the color wheel. Therefore green neutralizes redness, lavender neutralizes yellowish skin and a peachy orange will neutralize dark circles which are actually a purple not black.

Worth the price on a scale 1-10? Durability 1-10? (1 being terrible, 10 being amazing)

It's pretty durable. I would say an 8. I haven't tried any other primer before. This is the first one I've tried. But I have to say, it's worth the $13 I payed. It's very moisturizing. It feels really nice and smooth. It helps my foundation go on a lot smoother and my makeup sticks on a lot better. I'd definitely recommend it.
