Smoke Window Visor Sun Rain Vent Guard 4 Pcs Set Compatible with KIA 2021~ Sorento Out Channel Visor

Simply awesome! I have always used another brand of rain guards on my car (I don’t think I can post that brand’s name, but it is three letters-starting with “A” and ending with “S”.) I have always been happy with the competitor brand, but it costs almost twice as much and these are every bit as good, if not better. They fit like a glove, installed easily, and the adhesive is the same as used by the competitor (3M tape-excellent adhesion). The embossed “Sorento” is a nice touch as well and these look awesome on my wife’s 2019 Kia Sorento. During installation, make sure to thoroughly clean the silver window trim and top of the black b pillar trim with rubbing alcohol and a clean rag to ensure proper adhesion. Also make sure the back window guard is installed so the back edge is flush with the back edge of the silver trim. I mistakenly installed one of the rear doors maybe 1/8”-1/4” more forward from that point and it interferes with the front door opening. I got lucky and was able to remove and reinstall the guard and all is well. Honestly, it was a mistake on my part because I was installing as it was getting dark and I was in a hurry. No fault of the product but I hope this tip will help others to not repeat my mistake. Test each door and window for proper opening/closing after each guard is installed so you can adjust if needed before the adhesive bonds too tightly. It bonds strong right away but gets stronger as it sits. Align the top edge of each guard With the top edge of the silver window trim for great fitment. Before cleaning the surface with alcohol and installing, hold up the guard to the window to get an idea of fitment. I used masking tape to mark the ends while I had my son hold the guard in mocked up position before installation. With the tape as end marks and the top edge of the silver trim as my top perimeter guide, installation was easy, consistent, and perfectly aligned on all 4 doors. I’ve watched videos where the installer peels the backing tape from the adhesive while installing, but I found it easier to remove the backing tape completely first and start at the back corner and work forward on each guard. Push down lightly to seat the back corner of the guard (maybe 1/2” to 1” of the surface at the back) and install the guard moving forward by lightly contacting the guard to the silver trim on the vehicle. Adjust the alignment as you go to make sure the top edge of the guard aligns with the top edge of the silver trim. Once you’re happy with the fit, take a rag, place it over your knuckle, and starting at the top back edge of the lip of the guard, press your knuckle firmly against the guard and, while maintaining very firm pressure, slide it forward along the guard lip (the opposite side of where the tape is) until the guard is firmly seated. Buy these! You won’t regret it!

Great fit. Too bad you can’t order just one of the four. Purchased four to replace one damaged at drive through car wash. Now I have three I don’t need.

For the price these do the trick. There are no instructions included. Wipe area off above the window with rubbing alcohol. Test fit then peel off the 3m backing tape. On the front windows, I started with the back area first since its curved to the trim. I then peeled the backing tape off while applying pressure and worked forward. When doing the rear windows I worked front to back to make sure the alignment was correct. They seemed to stick well but I have not tested them driving over 50 mph yet. I am posting pictures of them installed on my vehicle. Why 4 stars? No install instructions and wipes included.

These vent visors are awesome! Very sleek and appealing look and function. The personalization to the Sorento is a step above the competition.Fast and easy to install. Installed all 4 in less than 10 minutes total.The coverage and dimensions are correct in my opinion.

I put them on my 2011 kia sorento, they went on perfectly, with ease. So far they have held up to the harsh winds an temp where i live. Been on my car for a few months now. So i can honestly say they are worth buying

I had these in for less than a year and they started popping off. 1 came off going down the highway.

Water rolled in off my roof if my windows were down. Purchased and installed these a couple months ago and couldn’t be happier. Only hard part was finding a day I wasn’t going anywhere all day that was dry and warm enough to install them per the instructions. Now my car stays dry and I can leave my windows cracked on warm days.
