It was much smaller than I anticipated. It was all over the box when it arrived but both items were still intact. I was giving it as a gift but I won’t now.

Mine arrrived with several self-tapping screws that fell off the hinge, but fortunately were still in the box. Even one of the ones that didn't fall off was loose, indicating that either the holes were too large to begin with or the screws were over-tightened so much so that the thread got destroyed in process. Overall, the product feels cheap and with insufficient quality control checks.

Bought as a wedding gift but when it arrived screws were loose and wouldn't go in no matter how hard I tried to fix it. The screw holes were far too big for the screw! Please don't waste your money on this

I wanted the teddy and memory box to be gifted seperatly so I took them out of the packaging (which was slightly bashed anyway).. and it's a good job I did!! The memory box was broken, 3 screws had fallen completly out! Iv tried to screw them back in myself but they will not screw back in, they just fall out again. Terrible!!
