Excellent knife with a decent balance
I've been using Kai wasabi series for a little over 7 years, this is my 2nd gyuto. If you are a beginner for Japanese knifes, this is an excellent 101. It has a fine grip and and excellent balance. Keeps the sharpness for long. Super handy with veggies and all kinds of meat. For sharpening I would recommend a whetstone. Delivery took around 10 days, thank you.

Disappointing. I was shocked that my IKEA knife was sharper
I had really high expections after reading the reviews online, but I was disappointed by its sharpness. My IKEA knife did a better job.

Uno de los mejores cuchillos que he tenido la oportunidad de tener y poder usar con mis manos en este mundo gastronomico,no lo recomiendo para uso rudo(zanahorias,pepinos,jicamas piñas etc) es un cuchillo mas para cortes finos y decoraciones por su ligereza y fineza el unico pero que le pongo es que el vendedor tardo mucho en mandarme la orden de compra,pero una vez q la tenia llego sin demora el producto
