Battery charging to 100% and lasting longer.
Excellent found that since having this charger my batteries charge to 100% and last longer than when I previously charged them in situ.

What A Splendid Charger This Is!
I was upgrading some vape kit. Purchased a set of four 3500 Fogstar batts (from the company itself, as Amazon didn't have them at the time), treated myself to another beautiful RPM 160 mod to go with my previously purchased two (I love RPM 160s!) and Amazon, seeing what I was doing, suggested I might like a nice new charger at a VERY attractive price. Well, okay, I could use the capacity ...But oh how wonderful this charger has turned out to be! First things first - it's a USB C connection, but don't be scared, they include a cable. It has space for FOUR batts at a time (or channels, I believe is the techy term). The LED display is kind of like Chekov's console on the Enterprise, for you Star Trek fans. It has huge amounts of information about the charging - how low the batts were, how they're doing in the "channels", and when they're ready to roll.As for speed of charging, I can't commit to anything. I'm running a 10 port USB hub, not bags of power, but decent. I put the batts in, check on them, pull them out when done. Due to power demand from other tech in the hub, I think I manage from 0.5 to 1.0 Amps. But to be soul searching honest, I don't care how long they take. The serious vaper has spares EVERYWHERE. And they go into the machine when they have to - it's the way it is.But I REALLY like this charger. The price was great, the capacity's great, all the weird techy info is cool (you can turn it off, but it looks soooo good!), it does the job well, and my 3500s are revved up when they come out.So. Yeah. Need a four battery charger at a reasonable price with great performance? Here you go.

Works well. Charging power lowers after a few moments but stays up when you toggle the power back.
If you put batteries in before plugging in the charger it'll keep resetting itself for a few seconds to moments until it decides to start charging. But I'm gonna assume this is just a technical issue related to some kind of safety feature in some way.The problem I have with this is the load will go down to 0.5amps after a few moments on its default 1amp load. But it stays on 1amps when you adjust the power again if the power supplied can sustain it.The charger does charge upto 2amps but only one battery at a time. Not noticed any other issues besides the above. But finding out the real battery capacity is a bit misleading as you can't drain the batteries in this charger and most devices won't drain batteries completely dry. But the display on how much power the batteries are receiving does give a rough estimate if they were flat before charging. only displays upto two batteries at a time but can charge 4 at once.

High hopes for USB C
I bought this to replace a previous xtar model that was USB to DC that seemed to have a dodgy lead. I couldn't buy a replacement USB to DC lead on it's own, which was so disappointing that I was looking at non xtar products as potential replacements. When I saw this model was USB C - I decided to stick with them as the chargers have been great and I've only ever had issues with the leads. Knowing that I now have an easier replacement option should the lead stop functioning reliably again has increased my faith in the company again. As a side note, I opened this new charger and plugged it into the USB charger that had come with the USB to DC charger I was replacing and.... It was the mains charger they'd supplied with the previous model that was dodgy - not the lead. So I'm keeping both models - the new one will be used "on the go" as it will be easier to replace the USB C cable should it be damaged and I'm going to use the older DC model for charging rechargable household batteries so it will be more stationary and have less risk of that cable needing replacement. (A standard DC connection that matches the inner and outer dimensions may not work - I purchased a few and never got lucky, hence the decision to replace the whole unit.)

Works well
Worked well for quite a while but unfortunately it did go out with a pop not long ago. I contacted Xtar to enquire about a replacement and although it took a little while to arrive it was fantastic service from them and the replacement works fine.
